The eastern gray squirrel is the most common species of the squirrel we find in Brevard county attics. Breeding can occur up to twice a year.  Nests are made in attics when accessible, becoming a nuisance to many homeowners.  Litter size averages one to four young. We receive most calls for this problem during the fall and spring and luckily our company is able to remove families of squirrels from your attic humanely and fast ( no poison or kill traps). When we are called to a property for squirrel removal we first inspect the perimeter and roof of the property to find out how the animal gained entry to the attic, once we locate the entry point we will install a squirrel one way door or cone that allows the critters to exit but not re-enter after this process is complete we will then search for any young that are too small to exit the attic and remove them humanely. Once the squirrel removal is complete we will now perform a proper animal exclusion which consists of sealing active entry points and areas of the structure that could lead to future problems down the road.
